Tipology: Toscana white IGT – Organic

Region of production: Montecarlo (Lucca) – Tuscany

Grape: 90% Chardonnay and mix of Semillon and
Sauvignon Blanc

Alcoholic volume: 12,5 % vol.

Vinification and maturation: Hand-picked and selective harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures and malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques, where it matures for about 6 months before resting for a year in the bottle.

Tasting notes

Intense yellow colour with golden highlights; on the nose, an explosion of aromas ranging from floral notes like acacia and chamomile to dry fruit such as hazelnut. On the palate, a perfect balance between smoothness and salinity makes the wine persistent with slight toasted final notes.

Serving temperature

10 – 12 °C
