Grape: 100% Pinot noir

Alcoholic volume: 12,5 % vol.

Vinification and maturation: Hand-picked and selective harvest. Produced using the Traditional Method, it undergoes the first fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures and the second in the bottle for 24 months during which manual remuage is carried out for the movement of the yeasts present in the bottle.

Tasting notes

Soft pink with coppery reflections, a rich and intense bouquet with hints of small red berries; on the palate, it is moderately structured with a perfectly integrated acidity for an enveloping and elegant sip. The fine and delicate perlage gives a well-defined and persistent finish.

8 – 10 °C
