Tipology: Toscany red IGT – Organic

Region of production: Montecarlo (Lucca) – Tuscany

Grape: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

Tenore alcolico: 14 % vol.

Vinification and maturation: Hand-picked and selective harvest; alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 30 days at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques for approximately 24 months. Then, about 12 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Tasting notes

Ruby red colour; the bouquet is characterized by fruity notes of blackberry and plum. On the palate, the tannins are fine and elegant, carrying the aromas perceived on the nose without being overbearing. The final sip is persistent and fresh.

Serving temperature

16 – 18 °C
